Each cookie is infused with .4ml (5 drops) of our CBD dominant whole plant full spectrum Mid Concentrate oil. Recommended starting dose is ¼ to ½ cookie daily as a supplement, or try an hour prior to travel, fireworks, storms etc to calm.
