Existing Clients - REGISTER to join our Evolution;

By registering you will;

• be informed of updates and developments as our new branch is established. This will include costs and available options.
• have the opportunity to pre-book an appointment with our Nurse Practitioner when we open this service in early November
• receive a complimentary assessment and review with one of our Certified Practitioners. This is a pre-requisite to gain access to this new service. (NB: if you have NOT had a consultation within the past 12 months, then a discounted fee of $30 will apply - normally $50)
• have access to on-going resources and greater support services according to your health needs and requirements

Our dedication, care and on-going learning are the primary foundations of our purposeful work, with the energy of the plants and natural world to guide our hearts and hands as we evolve and grow as a living eco-system. Know you will be fully supported along the way. It is our absolute delight to meet you where you are at and for whatever you may need assistance with.
